Jag svarar här också så att du inte missar det: Vad fett att du kommer hit! Ja, det finns supermycket bra hiking här. Eftersom vi inte har bil brukar vi vara mest i West Marin/Mt Tamalpais State Park dit man kan ta sig med buss (Steep Ravine trail via Matt Davis är bra om man börjar på Matt Davis, att gå upp till norra toppen är också fint), men den bästa hikingupplevelsen i Bay Area hade jag nog på Mount Diablo nära Concord/Walnut Creek. Eventuellt är det lite varmt där nu, men kolla upp det! Om du vill åka längre är det fint uppe kring Point Reyes och ner mot Santa Cruz. I stan finns Lands End’s trail och Batteries to Bluff trail som är fina!
