Cool! Sounds like an interesting show, great to try some stuff out, like the cold brew and the liquorice one.
It’s interesting about the wet filter, we’ve recently switched to an AeroPress (in place of a simple French press cafetiere) and it already makes far less bitter – completely delicious – coffee.
I’m tight and wash and re-use the little paper filter over and over, so sometimes I do use a wet filter if I make a second cup, but as it’s usually for someone else I haven’t personally noticed that it makes a difference.
Oh that’s interesting! We actually watched a barista using some kind of aeropress. Looked little annoying though… But you know, once you get used to something ;)
Hm, I guess reusing might have a slightly different taste, would be fun to have coffee tasting with all different kinds! :)

Haha men what??? Gjort på… gran?
Eller kaffe med smak av… gran?

I think some experimentation is required!
